How are the bikes shipped and do they require assembly?
All bikes are shipped in heavy-duty reinforced boxes. They arrive approximately 85% assembled; you will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Basic tools and a detailed instruction manual are included.
What is your return policy for mountain bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that the bike must be in clean, like-new condition, and a restocking fee may apply for used tires.
Do the bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, every bike purchased through our store comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components such as the drivetrain, brakes, and suspension forks against manufacturing defects.
How do I choose the right frame size for my height?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more technical agility or sizing up for better stability at high speeds.
What payment methods do you accept?
